About Coach

Growing up I was active in school sports, primarily soccer and track. During my college years, I spent time bouncing from various gyms until my husband and I moved to Alaska in 2011 and were introduced to CrossFit. I started because I could bring my then, 3-month-old with us and our nightly CrossFit classes quickly became a family affair. We developed friendships, increased our knowledge of healthy eating, and saw our fitness improve year after year. Moving back to Arizona it was our desire to continue what we loved about the CrossFit community. And 10 years later, I can still say that the family dynamic, the friendships we've made and the overall health and longevity we've maintained are some of the greatest blessings in my life.

Turning Point

As a wife and full-time working mom of two active boys it has always been important that I take care of myself so I am able to give my best in all areas of my life. I know firsthand the challenges of balancing busy days with a healthy lifestyle. I've learned that achieving balance means setting actionable and realistic goals, which is exactly what I strive to provide our clients each and every time they step through our doors.

Motivation & Passion

I coach because I truly love seeing those around me accomplish things they never thought they could. Whether it's a first-time box jump or hearing about a busy mom prepping her food for the week, being apart of the everyday wins, that's my passion in being a coach.
