

Every member begins with 3 private onboarding sessions focused on movement, confidence, and smart progression — plus a personal goal-setting check-in with our nutrition coach. We don’t rush you into workouts. We build a strong foundation so you feel prepared, supported, and successful from day one.
Each onboarding session is a 45-minute one-on-one personal training experience designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported from day one.
You’ll start with a guided warm-up and movement assessment so your coach can understand your mobility, strengths, and any limitations. From there, you’ll learn foundational CrossFit movements with focused coaching and smart scaling based on your individual ability.
Each session finishes with a short workout tailored specifically to you — challenging, fun, and appropriate for your current fitness level.
Along the way, you’ll get familiar with the gym layout, equipment, class flow, and meet some of our coaching team so walking into your first group class feels exciting — not intimidating.
