I was born and raised in Prescott. I ran track and field for a few years and played soccer for the better part of my childhood. I am married with three beautiful daughters and four grandbabies! Throughout my late teens and early twenties I led a less than honorable life and was making choices that were not good for me. After my girls were born, I started running again, regularly. In 2014, A friend of mine invited me to join her at CrossFit and I immediately fell in love with it. Over the years I have slowly transitioned my nutrition from random meals and eating out to learning and tracking macros and daily meal prepping. Nutrition makes all the difference in the gym!
I have been an RN for 11 years now. I care for the sickest of the sick in our community. Not only do I want to be a healthy and strong example for the members in our community but I also don’t want to end up chronically sick. Crossfit has helped me understand the hard work it takes to be healthy and that it is always better than the alternative!
I enjoy being a part of everyone’s health journey! Watching the transformations over days, weeks and years is extremely rewarding! I love watching our athletes accomplish things they never thought would be possible.
